Positive: The apartment itself was comfortable and suited our family's needs during our stay. However, our experience after checkout was disappointing. After staying for more than two weeks, we received a message stating that the apartment required additional cleaning beyond the standard service. The examples provided included rubbish left in a bathroom bin, some dishes in the sink, an open drawer and a bathroom sink. What surprised us most was the difference between the expectations at checkout and the condition of the apartment when we arrived. The dishwashing sponges provided were not clean enough to use, so we purchased new ones ourselves. There were no kitchen cloths available for cleaning surfaces, so we bought those as well. The initial supply of paper towels lasted only a very short time, and the toilet paper provided was not sufficient for a stay of over two weeks. We also ran out of rubbish bags before checkout. We fully respect that every property has its own standards, but if guests are expected to leave the apartment to a very high standard, we believe the same standard should apply when preparing the property for arriving guests. The apartment itself was good, but the checkout expectations and the communication afterwards left us disappointed
